Job Description:
With close to 20 active installations and 100 active customers at any given point of time, we are looking to expand our client liaison and co-ordination resources.
The candidate will stand to gain considerable experience in the fields of administration, sales co-ordination, and customer liaison and relationship management.
A worthy candidate can expect to be promoted to a senior position within 12-18 months of working with us.
Sales/Installation Co-ordination: Logistical co-ordination of technical manpower and material for installations, demos, and support calls
Will be expected to multi-task, organize, and prioritize after receiving necessary training
Intra-office liaison: Will be responsible for co-ordination between all technical on field staff and serve as liaison between such staff and management
Ensuring the 'order to commissioning' cycle is completed
Administration with relation to order may be required from time to time
Customer Relationship Management: Effective communication with the client, maintaining existing relationship, ensuring timely service and deliveries to clients
Desired Profile:
Min 12th pass
Excellent Communication Skills – Hindi and English
Honesty and Sincerity are necessary pre-requisites
Exceptional inter-personal skills
Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Logical thinking & administrative abilities
Previous experience in sales co-ordination and client liaison will be a plus
