Role
The position title is Technical Support Engineer and the profile includes Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of HP’s global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline (B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA etc)
Batch: 2006 and above pass-outs including 2010.
No current back-logs.
The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates who have studied outside Kerala are eligible
Selection Process
General Computer Awareness + Communication Assessment
To take part in the selection process:
BA, BCom, Other streams: Send an email to HP_Tech_Support@shredsindia.org with Subject "[Qualification]_[Name]_HP Tech Support Interested". Also mention in the email your availability to take part in the recruitment on 29 Sept 2010 at Cochin.
Eligible and interested candidates can report at the test venue direclty
All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:
Writing Pad,
Two copies of RESUME,
Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
Three copies of passport size photographs,
Rs.100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards examination fees,
Gum
College ID / Any other Photo ID.
Outstation candidates are adviced to check www.shredskerala.org before proceeding to the test venue as a precaution against unexpected exigencies.
