Job Description:
To identify, develop and maintain Processes and Quality Assurance systems across the specified areas in the organisation.
To measure and continuously improve the level of Process and Quality Assurance.
Identify processes within the organization.
Identify measurable parameters of the processes and devise methods to analyse these parameters so that they can be effectively controlled and managed.
Develop, disseminate and maintain company-wide standards and service levels.
Maintain Quality Management System of IBS Software Services.
Co-ordinate Weekly Quality meetings of the projects.
Analyze and generate project productivity reports.
Moderate the reviews in projects.
Assist in developing project related quality documents.
Interact with PM/PL, QC, CC of the projects.
Conduct mini audits and Participate in internal audits of projects.
Identify, assimilate and disseminate the best practices, baselines and benchmarks within the organisation.
Act as Function Point consultants for the estimation purposes of the project.
Design, develop and maintain business models.
Design, develop and maintain the training modules related to Quality Assurance.
Plan, organise, conduct and monitor training on quality, software engineering, etc.
Analyze Metrics from the projects and create baselines.
Impart presentations and interact with customers of IBS Software Services.
The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering, with a postgraduate degree in management.
The jobholder is expected to acquire drive, initiative, creativity and commitment to develop and practice Process Engineering and Quality Assurance activities of the organisation. The jobholder must also acquire skills to communicate well with the projects and departments of the organisation.
