NAITRAD Solutions – an HR Company based in Cochin, has initiated efforts in organizing yet another recruitment drive for the benefit of students. In pursuit of its basic goals, NAITRAD Solutions has agreed to play the vital role of being vendor for quality candidates to reputed companies. Hence we are glad to announce a Mega Job Fair on 9^th of January 2010 at Vidyadhiraja Vidyabhavan Higher Secondary School, Aluva, where 5 IT companies and 4 ITES Companies shall be participating.

Both freshers & experienced candidates can participate in the Job Fair. All rounds shall be conducted for each participant. This is to give maximum mileage to benefit more number of aspirants.

Important Note: - The most updated Requirement Details about all IT companies participating in this Job fair and their Eligibility Criteria and other details are included below. In this connection we would like to mention that the Company names will not be disclosed in any case to anybody as this could adversely affect the motto of our program.

We do not outlay any kind of ‘Service Charge’ or ‘Registration Fee’ from either the candidates or the college authorities.

1. B.Tech/BE//MCA/Poly (CS/IT/ECE)Graduates of 2008/2009 with 55% aggregate in highest degree.

2. B.Tech/BE//MCA/Poly (CS/IT/ECE) of 2010 Passing Out with 55% in all first 4 Semesters.

3. Experienced candidates of 2007-08 pass outs can also apply.
4. 2009 pass outs who do not have experience shall apply as freshers.

Interview Procedure:

For Freshers:

1. A common Written Test of aptitude. This might also include some programming questions in C.

2. GD (The shortlisted candidates shall have to appear all 5 Tech/HR rounds for 5 companies)

3. Technical/HR round.

For Experienced:

1. Written or Verbal Technical round; (Procedure not clear, Shall update)

2. HR

*** Candidates shortlisted for Company-3 shall have to attend an Online Technical test.


Procedure to Apply:

a. All students need to fill up the application form issued to the placement officer.

b. They should submit the application form along with 2 resumes, 2 PP photos.

c. In absence of Placement In- charge, a student representative can collect the above documents & fees.

d. The hall tickets of the applied candidates shall be issued to the Placement officer.

e. The outstation candidates/colleges can contact us through email to naitradjobfair@gmail.com & send the data of the students on or before 6^th Jan 2010, 5 pm. The hall tickets shall be issued on submission of the required documents on 9^th Jan 2010 morning 9 am.

f. Individual candidates can also apply by submitting the above documents and College ID at naitradjobfair@gmail.com

OR at the Registration counter at St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam on 9^th Jan 2010 from 09:00 A.M to 10:00AM

g. The last date for applying is 6^th Jan 2010, 5 pm. All Placement Officers/ student representatives should submit the documents by 6 pm.

Other Details:

1. All candidates shall carry a minimum of 10 copies of resumes during the event.

2. Experienced candidates shall carry multiple copies of all above specified documents.

3. The candidates shall be allowed inside the campus only on the specified time as mentioned in the hall tickets.

4. For 2010 passouts a ‘Conditional offer letter’ shall be given by respective companies.
