Sept 13, 2009 : The Applications form for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2010), an All-India Examination administered and conducted in eight zones across the country by the GATE Committee comprising faculty from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology on behalf of the National Coordinating Board-GATE, Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India, for Admission to Post Graduate Programmes in the country with MHRD and some other Government Scholarships/Assistantships in Engineering/ Technology/Architecture/Science, will be available from 22.9.2009 to30.10.2009.

The Computer based Online GATE Examination for ‘TF’ paper will be held from 9.30 hours to 12.30 hrs on 7th February, 2010 (Sunday). The Computer based Online GATE Examination for ‘MN’ paper will be held from 14.30 hours to 17.30 hrs on 7th February, 2010 (Sunday).

Offline GATE Examination for all other papers will be held from 9.30 hrs to 12.30 hrs on 14th February, 2010 (Sunday). Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati is the Organizing Institute of GATE 2010. Details can be had from http://iitg.ernet.in/gate in due course.
