The company has a highly experienced technical management team, led by founder Rahul Joshi, which is backed by a young and motivated engineering team. Over 70% of the employees are hand-picked from IIT Kanpur. The team has successfully executed large SOCs targetted at cutting edge signal processing applications like WiMAX, Mobile TV, ADSL++, VDSL and color Photocopiers, for customers who range from MNCs in Japan and US, to startups in US.
Rahul graduated with a degree in EE from IIT Kanpur in 1988. He has nearly 20 years of experience working in the field of VLSI design. Starting off as frontend ASIC design and verifcation engineer, he designed ASICs/controllers aimed at automotive and PC markets. In the last 10 years, he has successfully led design and verifcation efforts of several complex SOCs targetted at the broadband wired/wireless markets, and mobile TV markets.
