Good PC literacy.

Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills

Trouble shooting of Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express installation Microsoft Office Setup

Windows Troubleshooting

Microsoft Net Meeting

Microsoft Exchange Basics.

OS, MS Office, Exchange, VPN, Blackberry support.

Desired Profile:

Start date: ASAP

Must have Good knowledge in spoken and written English

Minimum of 6months – 4yrs progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of Help Desk, Call Center or customer service experience.

Willing to work in L1 and L2 position.

Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift
