GLOBAL EDGE SOFTWARE LIMITED

Recruitment for Experienced Candidates, Freshers and MTech Internships
Date: 7 & 8 August 2010, Venue: Ashir Bhavan, Kacherippadi, Banerji Road, Ernakulam, Cochin.

Fresher - BE/B.Tech

Eligibility:
  • B.Tech / B.E 2009, 2010 Batch [Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Telecommunication], 60% in X, XII & BTech, No current arrears, Outside Kerala Candidates also eligible.

Test Procedure:
  • 1st Round - Aptitude /Computer Fundamentals/Electronics and Communication Fundamentals
  • 2nd Round – C & OS Objective/C& OS Descriptive/C Programming
  • 3rd Round – Group Discussion/English comprehension
  • 4th Round - Technical Discussion
  • 5th Round - HR Discussion
Conditions:
  • Selected candidates would be trained for a period of 5 months initially and would be required to sing an agreement with Global Edge. A stipend of 4000/- PM will be given during the initial training period of five months and the starting salary after training would be 14,000/- PM.

Internship M.Tech/M.S/M.E

Eligibility
  • Pursuing M.Tech/M.S/M.E (should be in the third semester) in Computer Networking, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Electronics
Test Procedure
  • 1st Round - Aptitude /C & OS Objective/Computer fundamental
  • 2nd Round - C Programming
  • 3rd Round - Technical Discussion
  • 4th Round - HR Discussion
Conditions
  • Selected candidates would be trained initially and would be completing the industrial training/internship with Global Edge and would be required to sing an agreement with Global Edge. A stipend of 5000/- PM will be given during internship / training. Upon completing course, they will be absorbed as Software Engineer with a salary of 2.64 LPA.

Experience Candidates - August 8

Eligibility
  • Candidates from Telecom/Embedded/ wireless experience with 1-4 years of experience.
  • Should be with very good coding skills on C, C++ & Linux
Test Procedure
  • 1st Round - Aptitude /C & OS Objective/Computer fundamental
  • 2nd Round - C Programming
  • 3rd Round - Technical Discussion
  • 4th Round - HR Discussion

Conditions
  • Salary will not be a restriction for the right candidate
