Responsible for the recruitment and the Selection process including:
Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and negotiating the hiring of IT professionals for International clients
Supporting the entire US recruiting operations
Desired Profile:
Excellent Communication skill and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Thorough understanding of WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT and INTERNET.
Idea about IT skills.
The person should be smart, enthusiastic, active, quick learner, self motivated and having dynamic personality.
Willingness to learn.
Maintaining database and reports
