Job Description:
Service/ Applications Engineer:
Preparation of quotes for different types of Maintenance Contracts like AMC, ARRC, etc (Technical & Commercial)
Filing of all Warranty Claims with MMS/Vendors
Monitor Inventory and Stock at all locations
Update System on Superseded (SS) Parts and NLA (No Longer Available) Parts, and find suitable working solution when parts are not available
Identify and be responsible for all Part &Product Upgrades
Responsible for all related Accounts Receivables
Co-ordinate for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) after Routine Maintenance/ Overhaul Maintenance/ Breakdown Maintenance activities
All technical literature to be prepared and made available
Documentation and filing
Desired Profile:
At least B.E qualification (Mechanical, Production, Automotive, Marine) with not more than 2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome as Trainee Engineers.
Min. First class with distinction
Should have the right aptitude and attitude to learn and contribute for the benefit of the organization
Good Interpersonal skills and team-spirit
Must be a fast learner
Must be prepared to work hands-on with engines and boats in the workshop and at site
Must be prepared to travel extensively
Should be in a position to join within a month
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews
Ideal candidate can look forward for a career-oriented path
