Responsibilities & Activities Description
Handling F&A process and ensuring smooth noiseless process
Processing invoice transactions
Performing Payable and receivable reconciliations on monthly basis
Performing invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy of invoices emailed to end customers
Monitoring billing trend
Passing Journal entries
Making reports in excel
Investigating significant variance and taking suitable corrective measures
Desired Profile:
Number crunching & analytical skills. Should be capable of writing commentary on reports Self starter, result oriented
Self learner , ready to take initiative rather than waiting to be spoon fed
Very good communication skills
Ability to work without supervision
Finance and accounting Experience. He/She should be very good with Journal entries
Ability to use web based financial applications like SAP.
Very good knowledge and experience of using MS office especially MS Excel & MS Access
Sound judgment and decision making skills to provide financial solutions independently within challenging timelines
Ready to work in 24/7 shift
Need to have business acumen to understand story behind the numbers
Problem solving skills , ability to troubleshoot
Good communication –ability to speak to client comfortably over the phones on daily/weekly basis
Experience in a reporting process is an added advantage
Eye for detail
Ability to take judgement
