Job Description:

• Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting networked environments with typical network services, applications, and connectivity components

• 2-3 years of experience implementing, administering and/or troubleshooting PC and/ or Macintosh operating systems such as 2000/XP/Vista.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent

- 3 years experience in a BPO, in a technical process / 3 years experience in a BPO (non technical process) for candidates with IT/ Technical qualification/3 years experience with 1 year in a technical support process in any industry e.g. trouble-shooting networked environments/trouble-shooting servers.

- Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting networked environments with typical network services, applications, and connectivity components

- Experience in implementing, administering and/or troubleshooting PC and/ or Macintosh operating systems such as 2000/XP/Vista

- Good Communication Skills

- Basic technical understanding
