Eligibility Criteria
- 60% and above in X, XII, Graduation/Engg and MCA
- BE/B.Tech in IT/CS/EC/E&TC and MCA.
- Not more than 1 year gap between years of study
- Open to travel and any location of posting pan India
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outside Kerala Students are also eligible
Selection Process
- Screening test on Thursday, 09 June 2011
- Students who clear the screening test will be invited for Online test on 10 June 2011
- Interviews for shortlisted students on 10 June 2011
- Note: The score obtained in the screening test will be used as a parameter for shortlisting for further companies which seek a shortlisted pool based on aptitude test performance.
Salary & Other Details
- Designation – Engineer Trainee
- Training period – 3 months from date of joining
- Stipend during training – Rs. 15,100 per month
- CTC – Rs. 2.75 LPA – Rs.3.25 LPA depending on training performance.
- Training bond agreement of Rs. 75,000 for 15 months
Confirmation / Hall Ticket
- Online Confirmation is Open.
- SHREDS [Login / New Registration] to confirm for screening test.
- Hall Tickets for shortlisted candidates will be available on SHREDS login within 24 hours from confirmation
All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:
- Writing Pad,
- Two copies of RESUME,
- Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
- Three copies of passport size photographs,
- Rs.100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards processing fees,
- Gum / Stapler
- Any Photo ID [College, DL, PAN, Voters]
