To direct work execution so as to achieve all targets in accordance with project definitions on day to day basis .
To lead the sub-ordinates team to get maximum efficiency & maintain a cultural atmosphere .
To co-ordinate among all the executing agencies.
To raise indents for project requirements .
To estimate, propose & get approval of any non-scheduled item .
To plan, estimate, propose & get done the site facilities requirements .
To co-ordinate among various concerned authorities for discrepancies on site or due to working conditions
Desired Profile:
Fresh BE civil graduates with consolidated score of 60% & above till last semester ( i.e; Aggregate I to VIII Sem)
Fresh 2009 & 2010 pass outs would be prefered
